1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and the details needed to manage the account. If you use the optional sign-in with Google, it may also give us your name and profile image. We never receive your Google password.

Payment and subscription information: Our payment provider processes payments for us. We do not store your full card details. We keep what we need to confirm purchases and manage access: your plan, amount and currency, payment and subscription status, and billing or access dates.

Usage and access information: We collect how you use Motionix, including your likes, saved prompts, prompt unlocks and copies, source code downloads, and saved preferences. We use this to deliver your purchases, enforce plan limits, handle payment disputes, prevent abuse, and run and improve the Service. Our hosting and infrastructure providers also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type.

Contact form and newsletter: If you use our contact form, we store your name, email address, message, and the time you sent it. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and what we need to manage your subscription. To unsubscribe, email support@motionix.app.

We use only essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in and core features, and no advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not share your email address except as needed to process your purchase or deliver the service.

2. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service, manage access, give support, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some payment records may be kept after an account is closed where the law or these purposes require it.

3. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email support@motionix.app from the email address on your account. We respond within a reasonable time, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, file and media delivery, email and payments; they process data only to provide their service under their own privacy policies and may process data in countries other than yours.

5. Children's Privacy

Motionix is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
