1. Description of Service

Motionix is a prompt library with free prompts and premium prompts available through paid plans. The prompts are designed for third-party AI website-building tools such as Lovable, Cursor, and Bolt. Motionix does not generate websites itself; you paste the prompts into the external tool of your choice.

2. Accounts

• You can browse Motionix without an account. Copying or liking a prompt, free or premium, requires you to sign in or create a free account.
• Give accurate information when you create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live.

3. Purchases and Payments

• Premium prompts are available through three paid plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime. Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no scheduled expiration, for as long as Motionix operates the Service.
• Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails, access stays active until the paid period ends.
• Monthly lets you unlock up to 4 unique premium prompts in any rolling 7-day period. Each unlock uses one credit; copying a prompt you have already unlocked does not use another. Unlocked prompts stay available to copy while you have Monthly access, including any paid time left after cancellation. Yearly and Lifetime include unlimited premium prompt copies, subject to these Terms and reasonable use of the Service.
• You can upgrade from Monthly to Yearly, Monthly to Lifetime, or Yearly to Lifetime. An upgrade takes effect immediately. Any remaining time on your previous plan is forfeited and is not credited, transferred, or refunded.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Motionix does not store your card details.
• Prices are listed in USD; some customers see an equivalent local-currency price at checkout, and applicable tax is included in the displayed price. Price changes apply to new purchases and future renewals.
• You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription from the Account page by selecting Cancel Subscription and confirming. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately, and you keep access through the paid-through date shown on your Account page. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period.

4. License to Use Prompts

• Paid access under a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use premium prompts in personal or commercial website projects. This includes a cancelled Monthly or Yearly subscription until its paid period ends.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the prompts themselves as a standalone product.
• Websites or output you create with our prompts are yours to use as you see fit.
• Source code downloads included with a prompt may be used in your personal and client projects. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the source code, on its own or as part of a template, kit, or similar product.
• You may not use Motionix preview videos, screenshots or other marketing assets to promote your own work, or use the prompts or source code to build a competing library.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Try to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or extract content without permission.
• Get around any access controls, paywalls, or usage limits.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Motionix, including prompt text, design, branding, and site content, is owned by Motionix or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. This does not include output you generate with third-party AI tools.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how this affects paid plans.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Motionix does not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results in third-party AI tools, because outcomes depend on those tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motionix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and give notice where appropriate.
